Tufted Cylinder Brush

Tufted cylinder brushes are manufactured by stapling filament knots into predrilled cores of different patterns. Some of the most common patterns available at Brush Firm are staggered rows, helix, or chevron pattern with parallel and spiral rows. The strength of the brush will depend on the size and thickness of the bristles. These brushes are used in wide range of brushing application whether industrial or commercial, where continuous filament movement is required. Tufted cylinder brushes are an efficient and reasonably priced solution to apply coatings or remove debris for a variety of surfaces and forms, from cleaning conveyors to polishing fruits and vegetables. To make a more flexible brush for lighter work, it may be beneficial to increase the pitch between fill holes. The pitch between the fill holes can be more closed up to produce a more dense, stiffer brush for work that requires a lot of pressure. As an alternative, fill materials can be either long for softer sweeping or short for harsh, aggressive brushing. Fill materials include wire, synthetic and natural fibre.
