Shaft Mounted Wheel Brush- Crimped Wire / Twisted Knot Wire

Shaft Mounted Wheel brushes offer superior finish and a lighter brushing action. The standard 6mm shaft attachment makes it an easy-to-use product with any hand drill.

Uses: cleaning, removing rust and paint, smoothing, cleaning fettling from cast seams, light Deburring, polishing, and finishing of joints/weld joints or corners and areas that are hard to reach.

Small Diameter brush: These brushes (1 ½” to 3″ dia.) are available factory-mounted onto a ¼” wide by 7/8″ long stem in single or double brush face width configurations.

Stem-mounted Knot Wheel brush: These brushes are available with steel or stainless-steel wire. Knotted wire design enables aggressive cutting action.

Mandrel mounted standard: Constructed on 1/4″ diameter stems. These brushes are best suitable for internal pipe cleaning, carbon removal, flash removal, and light rust and scale removal.

Mandrel mounted Flare: Available in 1-1/2″ thru 3″ diameters. The brushes have an integral 1/4″ shank. Flare face allows finishing to shoulders and recesses.

Abrasive nylon mandrel mounted brush: Abrasive nylon mandrel mounted brushes are safe, non-reactive and can be used on all metals, wood, tile, plastic, PVC, stone and more. The brushes have an integral 1/4″ shank.
