Flexible Strip Brush

High-quality brush filaments are fused onto an extruded polypropylene or nylon backing that is 3.2 mm, 5.0 mm, or 8.0 mm wide to create flexible back strip brushes that can contour into a variety of shapes. The brush’s extraordinary flexibility enables it to adapt to uneven surfaces, overcoming sealing difficulties and enabling attachment to a remarkably wide variety of materials. To create a seamless, all-in-one instrument, the backing and filament for this brush are fused together. Use scissors or wire cutters to make the necessary length adjustments.

Staple Set Flexible Strip Brushes Brush Firm manufactures stapled set strip brushes in both flexible and rigid backings by stapling tufts of filament into continuous coils of a specially extruded flexible Polyethylene brush backing which is commonly 8 x 8mm, 15 x 15mm, or 10 x 25mm with custom sizes available upon request, with custom sizes available upon request. A single row of tufts is standard however multiple rows can be produced depending on the width of the brush backing required.
